The Scouts in Salisbury and South Wiltshire's project "The Camp Site Quest" continues to raise funds so that we can acquire our own campsite for Salisbury and South Wiltshire Scouting; a safe place for outdoor activities, training, camping and just enjoying nature and the outdoors.

Our target is to raise £150,000 and so far (June 2021) through the generosity of the general public and the hard work of our youth members, adult volunteers and supporters we have raised £65,839.

If you would like to help us reach our goal you can keep up to date with the latest fundraising initiatives and progress by following us on Facebook or in our Monthly Newsletters.

Campsite Quest committee member Ian Hecks said: We aim to raise 150,000 and find a piece of local land where we can set up a campsite for all of the local groups.

Its a huge task, but it just makes sense that Scouts should be able to camp in the local area and we are going to make it happen, added fellow committee member Dan Bavister.
